Zusei is a discovery layer for that world. People check in where they actually go, earn Zusei Points for turning up, and follow the venues and organisers worth following. We are not asking you to change how you run your place. We are asking to put it on the map the scene is already reading.

A physical address, or a recurring location you actually host at. Zusei is built on people turning up.
You already have a crowd, however small. We are amplifying something, not manufacturing it.
Check-ins need a person at the counter who remembers to point at the QR. That habit is the whole system.

Questions
Listing is free permanently — Spots, Events, the QR counter, and the core Basecamp modules. Partner Pro is S$49 a month for Broadcast, Creators, Calendars, Ask and featured placement, and billing only starts once your first listing is live.
Nothing. You print a QR card from Counter and put it where customers can reach it. There is no POS integration, no tablet, no hardware, and no change to how you take payment.
ZP is the points people earn for checking in and joining events. You choose whether to offer perks and what they cost in ZP — a free coffee at 200, entry at 500, whatever fits. If you offer nothing, you still get the listing and the analytics; you simply do not get the returning-customer effect.
You see your own check-ins, your regulars, and your replies. You do not get other venues' data and they do not get yours. Zusei does not sell contact lists to anyone, including other partners.
The first hundred venues in Singapore. It is a time-boxed intake, not permanent scarcity: founding partners keep the S$49 Pro rate for as long as they stay subscribed, get manual onboarding from us, and have a direct line into what we build next. When the hundred are filled, the intake closes and the rate moves.
Yes. Singapore is where the density is today, so it is where we can promise you an audience. Elsewhere you can list and use every tool, but be realistic about early traffic — tell us your city on the form and we will be straight with you about what it looks like right now.
You go straight to creating your vendor account — no waiting on approval. Verify your email, publish your first Spot, print the QR. We review new venues within a working day and get in touch about Pro and featured placement if it fits.
Any time. Cancel Pro from your dashboard and it reverts to the free tier at the end of the month. Delete your listing and it comes off Explore and the map. Nothing is locked in and there is no notice period.
